Rabbit Anti-DRAM2 (DNA Damage-Regulated Autophagy Modulator Protein 2, Transmembrane Protein 77, TMEM77, PSEC0031, UNQ154/PRO180)

Plays a role in the initiation of autophagy. In the retina, might be involved in the process of photoreceptor cells renewal and recycling to preserve visual function. Induces apoptotic cell death when coexpressed with DRAM1.

Applications
Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Immunofluorescence: 1:50-1:200 Western Blot: 1:1000-1:5000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:20-1:200 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Recombinant protein corresponding to aa182-266 of human DRAM2.
Form
Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.3, 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol.
