Rabbit Anti-PTGR2 (Prostaglandin Reductase 2)
DKFZp686P10120, FLJ39091, PGR-2, PGR2, ZADH1

ZADH1 is an enzyme involved in the metabolism of prostaglandins. ZADH1 catalyzes the NADPH-dependent conversion of 15-keto-prostaglandin E2 to 15-keto-13,14-dihydro-prostaglandin E2. ZADH1 may also be involved in regulating activation of the peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor.

Applications
Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
Synthetic peptide corresponding to the middle region of human ZADH1
Form
Supplied as a liquid in PBS, 2% sucrose, 0.09% sodium azide.
Purity
Purified by affinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes human PTGR2.

Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
