Rabbit Anti-PGAP1, NT
GPI inositol-deacylase, 3.1.-.-, Post-GPI attachment to proteins factor 1, hPGAP1, PGAP1

Involved in inositol deacylation of GPI-anchored proteins. GPI inositol deacylation may important for efficient transport of GPI-anchored proteins from the endoplasmic reticulum to the Golgi (By similarity).

Applications
Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Indirect Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Immunofluorescence: 1:25 Indirect Flow Cytometry: 1:25 Western Blot: 1:2000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
KLH-conjugated synthetic peptide mapping to a fragment of residues within aa90-122 of human PGAP1. Species sequence homology: mouse, rat.
Form
Supplied as a liquid in PBS, 0.09% sodium azide.
Purity
Purified by Protein A and peptide affinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes human PGAP1. Species Crossreactivity: mouse, rat.
