Exportin-5 belongs to a large family of karyopherins (see MIM 602738) that mediate the transport of proteins and other cargo between the nuclear and cytoplasmic compartments.[supplied by OMIM].

Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunofluorescence, Immunoprecipitation, and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Immunogen
Full-length recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-280 from human XPO5, fused to GST-Tag. MW of the GST tag alone is 26kD. Species sequence homology: mouse and rat
Form
Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.4.
Purity
Supernatant
Specificity
Recognizes human XPO5.
