The CMRF35 antigen, which was identified by reactivity with a monoclonal antibody, is present on monocytes, neutrophils, and some T and B lymphocytes (Jackson et al., 1992 [PubMed 1349532]).
Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA, Flow Cytometry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
ELISA: 1:10,000 Flow Cytometry: 1:200-1:400 Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
Purified recombinant protein fragment corresponding to aa21-183 from human CD300C, expressed in E. coli.
Form
Supplied as a liquid in PBS, 0.05% sodium azide.
Specificity
Recognizes human CD300C.
