Rabbit Anti-NEBL
Nebulette (Actin-binding Z-disk protein), NEBL, LNEBL
Binds to actin and plays an important role in the assembly of the Z-disk. May functionally link sarcomeric actin to the desmin intermediate filaments in the heart muscle sarcomeres
Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Immunofluorescence: 1:50-1:200 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Recombinant protein corresponding to aa438-533 from human Nebulette protein.

Supplied as a liquid in 0.01M PBS, pH 7.4, 0.03% Proclin 300, 50% glycerol.

Purified by Protein G affinity chromatography.
Specificity
