Rabbit Anti-NUDT11 (FITC)
Diphosphoinositol polyphosphate phosphohydrolase 3-beta (DIPP-3-beta) (DIPP3-beta) (hDIPP3beta) (EC 3.6.1.52) (Diadenosine 5',5'''-P1,P6-hexaphosphate hydrolase 3-beta) (Diadenosine hexaphosphate hydrolase (AMP-forming)) (EC 3.6.1.60) (Nucleoside diphosphate-linked moiety X motif 11) (Nudix motif 11) (hAps1), NUDT11, APS1 DIPP3B
Cleaves a beta-phosphate from the diphosphate groups in PP-InsP5 (diphosphoinositol pentakisphosphate), suggesting that it may play a role in signal transduction. Also able to catalyze the hydrolysis of dinucleoside oligophosphates, with Ap6A and Ap5A being the preferred substrates. The major reaction products are ADP and p4a from Ap6A and ADP and ATP from Ap5A. Also able to hydrolyze 5-phosphoribose 1-diphosphate.
Applications
Suitable for use in FLISA. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-164 from human diphosphoinositol polyphosphate phosphohydrolase 3-beta protein.

Supplied as a liquid in 0.01M PBS, pH 7.4, 0.03% Proclin 300, 50% glycerol. Labeled with Fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC).
Purity
Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes human NUDT11.
