Rabbit Anti-TRIT1
tRNA dimethylallyltransferase (EC 2.5.1.75) (Isopentenyl-diphosphate:tRNA isopentenyltransferase) (IPP transferase) (IPPT) (hGRO1) (tRNA isopentenyltransferase) (IPTase), TRIT1, IPT MOD5
Catalyzes the transfer of a dimethylallyl group onto the adenine at position 37 of both cytosolic and mitochondrial tRNAs, leading to the formation of N6-(dimethylallyl)adenosine (i(6)A).
Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:20-1:200 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
