Trevogrumab is under investigation in clinical trial NCT02943239 (study of safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics of REGN2477 alone and in combination with REGN1033 in healthy postmenopausal women and healthy adult men).
Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA and SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
Recombinant protein corresponding to MSTN/GDF8 [Homo sapiens], expressed in CHO cells.

Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.5.
