Goat Anti-ADORA2A (Adenosine Receptor A2a, ADORA2)

Receptor for adenosine. The activity of this receptor is mediated by G proteins which activate adenylyl cyclase.

Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
ELISA: 1:8000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
Synthetic peptide corresponding to HELKGVCPEPPGLDD, from ADORA2A, at C-terminal (NP_000666.2).
Form
Supplied as a liquid in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH 7.3, 0.5% BSA.
Purity
Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes rhesus monkey ADORA2A. Species sequence homology: Human.

Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
