Goat Anti-AGAP1 (Arf-GAP with GTPase, ANK Repeat and PH Domain-containing Protein 1, AGAP-1, Centaurin-gamma-2, Cnt-g2, GTP-binding and GTPase-activating Protein 1, GGAP1, CENTG2, KIAA1099)

GTPase-activating protein for ARF1 and, to a lesser extent, ARF5. Directly and specifically regulates the adapter protein 3 (AP-3)-dependent trafficking of proteins in the endosomal-lysosomal system.

Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
ELISA: 1:4000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
Synthetic peptide corresponding to C-NRNNSSGRVPTII, from CENTG2, at C-terminal (NP_001032208.1; NP_055729.2).
Form
Supplied as a liquid in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH 7.3, 0.5% BSA.
Purity
Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes CENTG2. Species sequence homology: Canine and human.

Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
