Rabbit Anti-Apg10 (Autophagy-related Protein 10, Autophagy 10-like, APG10-like, Atg10) (Not for Export EU)
APG10 plays a role in autophagy. ATG12-conjugating enzyme (E2-like enzyme), likely serves as an ATG5-recognition molecule. SUBUNIT: Interacts with MAP1LC3A. By interacting with MAP1LC3A, it plays a role in the conjugation of ATG12 to ATG5. Also able to directly interact either with ATG5 or ATG7.
Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Immuhistochemistry (IF): 1:100-1:1000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
