Rabbit Anti-ACTR3B, CT (Actin-related Protein 3B, Actin-like Protein 3B, ARP3-beta, Actin-related Protein ARP4, ARP4, ARP11)

ACTR3B plays a role in the organization of the actin cytoskeleton. It may function as ATP-binding component of the Arp2/3 complex which is involved in regulation of actin polymerization and together with an activating nucleation-promoting factor (NPF) mediates the formation of branched actin networks and may decrease the metastatic potential of tumors.

Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
ELISA: 1:1,000 Western Blot: 1:100-1:500 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
Synthetic peptide selected from the C-terminal region of human ACTR3B (KLH).
Form
Supplied as a liquid in PBS, 0.09% sodium azide.
Purity
Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes human ACTR3B. Species Crossreactivity: mouse.

Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
