Rat Anti-CCR7 (Chemokine Receptor 7, CC-CCR-7)
CCR7 is a 7TM G protein coupled chemokine receptor. CCR7 is expressed on T cells and mature dendritic cells and transduces chemotactic signals in response to CCL19 and CCL21. Mouse CCR7 shares 87% amino acid sequence identity with human CCR7.
Applications
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Neutralization. Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilution
Flow Cytometry: 25ug/ml; 10ul of the diluted solution labels 1-2.5x10e5 cells in a total volume ≤ 200ul. Immunohistochemistry: 25ug/ml stains paraformaldehyde-fixed mouse splenocytes. Neutralization: The Neutralization Dose50 (ND50) for this antibody is defined as that concentration of antibody required to yield one-half maximal inhibition of the cytokine activity on a responsive cell line, when that cytokine is present at a concentration just high enough to elicit a maximum response. The ND50 for this lot of C2099-71M was determined to be approximately 2-10ug/ml in the presence of 25ng/ml of rmMIP-3beta using the BaF/3 mCCR7 cell line in a chemoattraction assay. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
