Mouse Anti-CD1b3 (CD1b-3, T-cell Surface Glycoprotein CD1b3) (PE)
Applications
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Flow Cytometry: Neat. 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
Store product at 4°C before and after reconstitution. DO NOT FREEZE! Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months at 4°C after receipt. Reconstitute lyophilized powder with sterile ddH2O prior to use and store remainder as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
Guinea pig thymocytes.
Form
Supplied as a lyophilized powder from PBS, pH 7.4, 1% BSA, 0.09% sodium azide. Labeled with R-Phycoerythrin (PE). Reconstitute with 1ml sterile ddH2O.
Purity
Purified by Protein A affinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes CD1b3, an antigen expressed by guinea pig B lymphocytes. The antigen is found on mature B cells, weakly on germinal center B cells, and also on a proportion of thymocytes and peritoneal macrophages.

Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
