Mouse Anti-CD3 (Early T Cell Marker, T Cell receptor Complex, TCR)

CD3E is a 20kD chain of the CD3/T-cell receptor (TCR) complex which is composed of two CD3E, one CD3y, one CD3delta, one CD3Z (CD247), and a T-cell receptor (a/B or y/delta) heterodimer. It is found on all mature T lymphocytes, NK-T cells, and some thymocytes. CD3, also known as T3, is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily that plays a role in antigen recognition, signal transduction, and T cell activation. This antibody is able to induce T cell activation.

Applications
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions
Flow Cytometry: ≤0.25ug/10e5 cells in 100ul Immunohistochemistry (acetone-fixed, frozen): 5-10ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
