Mouse Anti-CD9 (BA2, DRAP27, Leukocyte antigen MIC3, MIC3, Motility related protein, MRP1, P24, Tetraspanin 29, Tspan29) (MaxLight 650)

MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000.

CD9 is expressed on eosinophils, granulocytes, monocytes and numerous stromal cells. This CD9 antigen belongs to the TM4 superfamily of cell surface proteins with the N-and C-terminals cytoplasmically located. This antibody reacts immunohistochemically on frozen sections of platelets, monocytes and pre-B cells with differential staining on lymphoid and epithelial tissues.
Recommended Secondary Antibody: F(ab')2 rabbit anti mouse IgG: RPE conjugate
Fusion Partners: Spleen cells from BALB/c mice immunized were fused with cells of the mouse SP2/0 myeloma line.
Recommended Negative Controls: Mouse IgG2b Negative Control
Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10e6 cells or 100ul whole blood.
Storage and Stability
Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: MaxLight™650 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
Immunogen
Human platelet membrane.
Form
Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2. Labeled with MaxLight™650.
Purity
Purified by Protein G affinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes CD9, a 24kD surface glycoprotein expressed by platelets, monocytes, some lymphocytes and endothelial cells. CD9 is a member of the tetraspan gene family. Species Crossreactivity: Clone is reported to crossreact with canine, feline, bovine, equine, lapine (2), Rhesus monkey and porcine

Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
