Mouse Anti-CD13 (Myeloid Cells, Aminopeptidase N) (PE)

Fusion Partners: Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse NS1 myeloma cell line.

Recommended Negative Controls: Mouse IgG1 Negative Control: RPE
Applications
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Flow Cytometry: Neat, 10ul labels 10e6 cells or 100ul whole blood. Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher.
Storage and Stability
Store product at 4°C before and after reconstitution. DO NOT FREEZE! Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months at 4°C after receipt. Reconstitute lyophilized powder with sterile ddH2O prior to use and store remainder as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
Human AML cells.
Form
Supplied as a lyophilized powder from PBS, pH 7.2, 0.09% sodium azide, 1% BSA. Labeled with R. Phycoerythrin (RPE). Reconstitute with 1ml sterile ddH2O.
Purity
Purified by Protein A affinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes the human CD13 cell surface antigen, a 150kD glycoprotein expressed by granulocytes and monocytes and by most tumor cells in cases of AML.

Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
