Mouse Anti-CD38 (Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia Cells Antigen, ADP Ribosyl Cyclase, CADPr Hydrolase 1, Cyclic ADP Ribose Hydrolase, Ecto Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide Glycohydrolase, I19 (Mouse), Lymphocyte Differentiation Antigen) (Biotin)

The CD38 antigen is also known as T10 antigen. The CD38 antigen is a 45kD single-chain type II glycoprotein., It is an integral membrane protein with a long extracellular C-terminal domain, a single membrane-spanning region and a short N-terminal cytoplasmic tail. The CD38 antigen is expressed on a variety of hematopoietic cells. Its distribution depends on the state of the cell differentiation and the cell activation.

Applications
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Flow Cytometry: Neat. Use 10ul of the working dilution to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher
Hybridoma
Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse NS1 myeloma cell line.
Recommended Negative Controls
Mouse IgG1 Negative Control
Recommended Secondary Reagents
Streptavidin: FITC Streptavidin: RPE
Storage and Stability
Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
