Applications
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilutions
Flow Cytometry: Neat-1:10 Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher.
Hybridoma
Spleen cells from immunized DA rats were fused with cells of the Y3/Ag1.2.3 rat myeloma cell line
Recommended Negative Control
I1904-84L: IgG2b Negative Control (PE)
Storage and Stability
Store product at 4°C before and after reconstitution. DO NOT FREEZE! Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at 4°C. Reconstitute lyophilized powder with sterile ddH2O prior to use and store remainder as an undiluted liquid. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
Canine thymocytes.
Form
Supplied as a lyophilized powder from PBS, 1% BSA, 0.09% sodium azide. Labeled with R-Phycoerythrin (PE). Reconstitute with 1ml sterile ddH2O.
Purity
Purified by Protein G affinity chromatography from tissue culture supernatant.
Specificity
Recognizes canine CD45. Immunoprecipitates antigen of 180/200kD from Con-A blasts (1). Expressed on all leukocytes in canine peripheral blood. Crossreactivity: all outbred mongrels and beagles tested.

Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
