Mouse Anti-CD45 (PTPRC, Protein Tyrosine Phosphatase, Receptor Type, C, B220, CD45, CD45 Antigen, CD45R, GP180, LCA, L-CA, Leukocyte Common Antigen Precursor, LY5, T200)
CD45 is a transmembrane tyrosine phosphatase, expressed on nucleated hematopoitic cells, which can exist in at least nine different isoforms resulting from tissue-specific alternative RNA splicing. CD45 functions as a leukocyte membrane receptor signal transduction. It plays an essential role in the regulation of leukocyte activation, development, and function.
