CD45RB represents an exon B-dependent form of CD45 glycoprotein. It is expressed at high density on peripheral B cells, the “suppressor/cytotoxic” subpopulation of T lymphocytes, a subset of “helper T cells, most thymocytes and at low density on macrophages and dendritic cells.1-4
Applications
• Flow cytometry 1-3 • Immunoprecipitation 2
Recommended Dilution
Flow Cytometry: ≤ 0.2ug/10e6 cells Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Store at -20°C or colder. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Immunogen
Cloned mouse Th2 cell lines
Form
Supplied as a liquid in PBS, 0.09% sodium azide and a stabilizing agent. Labeled with PE.
Specificity
Recognizes an exon B-dependent epitope of CD45 glycoprotein.
Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
