Mouse Anti-CD61 (ITGB3, Integrin, beta 3 (platelet glycoprotein IIIa, antigen CD61), GP3A, GPIIIa, Integrin beta-3, Platelet membrane glycoprotein IIIa) (MaxLight 650)
MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000.
IgG Goat anti mouse IgG: RPE (rat adsorbed)
Fusion Partners: Spleen cells from immunized Balb/c mice were fused with the cells of the mouse X63-Ag8 myeloma cell line.
Recommended Negative Controls: Mouse IgG1 Negative Control
Applications
Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:100 Immunohistochemistry (frozen) Immunoprecipitation Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher.
Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10e6 cells in 100ul.
Storage and Stability
Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: MaxLight™650 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
Immunogen
Bone cell suspension from SD rats.
Form
Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2. Labeled with MaxLight™650.
Specificity
Recognizes the rat CD61 cell surface antigen, also known as the integrin b3 chain. CD61 is expressed by platelets, megakaryocytes and osteoclasts. Species Crossreactivity: Weak reactivity with human CD61 reported.
