Rat Anti-CD102 (Intercellular Adhesion Molecule, ICAM-2) (Azide Free)
ICAM-2 (CD102) is a cell surface glycoprotein, a ligand for the leukocyte integrin CD11a/CD18 (LFA-1).1 CD102 is constitutively expressed on T cells, B cells, and at high levels on vascular endothelial cells.2 It is also expressed on a variety of leukocyte cell lines.1 This antibody blocks the interaction between ICAM-2 and LFA-1.1
Applications
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry and In vitro blocking assays. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
COS cells transfected with mouse ICAM-2 cDNA and BW5147 AKR/J mouse thymoma cell line
Form
Supplied as a liquid in PBS. No preservative added.
Specificity
Recognizes mouse ICAM-2 (CD102) cell surface glycoprotein.
Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
