Human Intestinal lymphocyte.
Form
Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2, 0.1% BSA, 0.09% sodium azide.
Purity
Purified by Protein A affinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes the human CD103 cell surface antigen, also known as the alpha-E integrin. This reacts with various subsets of human intra-epithelial lymphocytes:- 40% of lamina propria T-cells; 30% of mesenteric lymphoblasts and some lymphocytes from other mucosa. It recognizes less than 0.1% bone marrow cells and less than 0.7% PBL. Species Crossreactivity: Rhesus monkey, monkey and Cynomolgus monkey.

Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
