Mouse Anti-CD119 (Interferon gamma Receptor 1, IFN-gamma Receptor 1, IFN-gamma-R1, IMD27, IFNGR1)
CD119 (alpha subunit of interferon gamma receptor) is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein, which associates with IFNgammaAF1 to form functional receptor for interferon gamma, although CD119 alone is able to bind the cytokin. It is expressed on monocytes, macrophages, lymphocytes, NK cells, neutrophils, fibroblasts, epithelial and endothelial cells, as well as in many tumors.
