Mouse Anti-CD152 (CD152 Antigen, Celiac Disease 3, CELIAC3, Cytotoxic T cell associated 4, Cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated Antigen 4, CTLA 4, CTLA4, CTLA-4, Cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated Protein 4, Cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated Serine Esterase 4, Cytotoxic T-lymphocyte Protein 4, GSE, IDDM12)

CD152, also known as cytotoxic-T-lymphocyte antigen-4 (CTLA-4), is similar in structure to CD28 and also binds ligands CD80 and CD86. CD152 is expressed by activated T-lymphocytes. Studies suggest that CD152 is also expressed by regulatory T-lymphocytes.

Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA, Flow Cytometry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:20; 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul. Membrane permeabilization is required for this application Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
