Mouse Anti-CD175 (Tn)
Tn is a cryptantigen which was recently designated CD175 at the 7th Leucocyte Typing Workshop. Tn antigen is not expressed on normal haemopoietic cells but exposure of the Tn is associated with polyagglutination.
Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Haemagglutination. Other applications have not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Human Tn red blood cells.
Form
Supplied as a liquid in Tris buffered glycine, pH 7.4, 0.09% sodium azide.
Specificity
Recognizes Tn antigen on glycophorin A and glycophorin B in human erythrocytes.
