Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilution
ELISA: 1:250-1:1000 Western Blot: 1:250-1:500 Immunohistochemistry (paraffin embedded): 1:100-1:500 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
cdk2 peptide corresponding to the C-terminus of the human protein conjugated to Keyhole Limpet Hemocyanin (KLH).
Form
Supplied as a liquid with 0.09% sodium azide. No stabilizing proteins added.
Purity
Purified by delipidation and defibrination.
Specificity
Recognizes cdk2 protein from human, rat and mouse tissue at 33kD. No reaction was observed against other related cyclin dependent kinases.
