Goat Anti-CENTA2 (Arf-GAP with Dual PH Domain-containing Protein 2, Centaurin-alpha-2, Cnt-a2, ADAP2)
Centaurin alpha 2 is a potential GTPase-activating protein for the ADP ribosylation factor family. It binds phosphatidylinositol 3,4,5-trisphosphate (PtdInsP3) and inositol 1,3,4,5-tetrakisphosphate (InsP4). It possesses a stoichiometry of two binding sites for InsP4 with identical affinity.
Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
ELISA: 1:32,000 Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 5-10ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Synthetic peptide corresponding to C-RLTASTESGRSSR, from human ADAP2, at C-terminal (NP_060874.1).
