Potential GTPase-activating protein for the ADP ribosylation factor family, contains Contains 3 ANK repeats, 1 Arf GAP domain and 1 PH domain.

Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
ELISA: 1:32,000 Western Blot: 0.5-2ug/ml, observed in Jurkat lysates on ~80-90kD bands Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
Synthetic peptide corresponding to C-EKLSRRSHDLHTL, from human ACAP1, at C-terminal (NP_055531.1).
Form
Supplied as a liquid in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH 7.3, 0.5% BSA.
Purity
Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes human ACAP1. Species sequence homology: Bovine, canine, mouse and rat.

Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
