Rabbit Anti-CRHR2, NT (Corticotropin-releasing Factor Receptor 2, CRF-R 2, CRF2, Corticotropin-releasing Hormone Receptor 2, CRH-R 2, CRH2R, CRF2R)

CRHR2 is a receptor for corticotropin releasing factor. It Shows high-affinity CRF binding. Also binds to urocortin I, II and III. The activity of this receptor is mediated by G proteins which activate adenylyl cyclase.

Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
ELISA: 1:1,000 Western Blot: 1:50-1:100 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
