Goat Anti-COPS3 (COP9 Signalosome Complex Subunit 3, Signalosome Subunit 3, SGN3, JAB1-containing Signalosome Subunit 3, CSN3)

COPS3 possesses kinase activity that phosphorylates regulators involved in signal transduction. This protein phosphorylates I kappa-Balpha, p105, and c-Jun. It acts as a docking site for complex-mediated phosphorylation.

Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
ELISA: 1:4000 Western Blot: 1-2ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
Synthetic peptide corresponding to C-SLYKKNIQRLT, from human COPS3, at the internal region of the protein (NP_003644.2).
Form
Supplied as a liquid in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH 7.3, 0.5% BSA.
Purity
Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes human COPS3. Species sequence homology: Bovine, canine, mouse and rat.

Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
