Rabbit Anti-Cytochrome P450 Aromatase (P450 Arom)
ARO1, CYAR, CYP19, CYP19A1, CYPXIX, Cytochrome P450 19A1, Estrogen synthetase, P-450AROM|

Aromatase is a key enzyme in steroidogenesis and plays an important role in sexual differentiation, fertility, and carcinogenesis. Many environmental chemicals may influence aromatase activity and thereby disrupt endocrine function.

Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence/Immunocytochemistry, and . Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions
Western Blot: 1ug/ml (ECL). A band is seen at ~55kD human brain. Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: 1:100 Observed in SH-SY-5Y cells. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
