Rabbit Anti-EHHADH, CT (Peroxisomal Bifunctional Enzyme, PBE, PBFE, Enoyl-CoA Hydratase/3,2-trans-enoyl-CoA Isomerase, 3-hydroxyacyl-CoA Dehydrogenase, ECHD)

EHHADH is a bifunctional enzyme and is one of the four enzymes of the peroxisomal beta-oxidation pathway. The N-terminal region of the encoded protein contains enoyl-CoA hydratase activity while the C-terminal region contains 3-hydroxyacyl-CoA dehydrogenase activity.

Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
ELISA: 1:1,000 Western Blot: 1:100-1:500 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Synthetic peptide selected from the C-term region of human EHHADH (KLH).

Supplied as a liquid in PBS, 0.09% sodium azide.

Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Specificity
