Goat Anti-ELF3 (E74-like Factor 3, ets Domain Transcription Factor, Epithelial-specific, DKFZP686F2495, EPR-1, ERT, ESE-1, ESX)
E74-like factor 3 (ETS domain transcription factor, serine box, epithelial-specific), ets domain transcription factor, serine box (epithelial-specific), E74-like factor 3 (ets domain transcription factor), ESE-1, EPR-1, E74-like factor 3 (ets domain transcription factor, epithelial-specific ), ERT, ELF3
Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilutions
Peptide ELISA Titer: 1:32,000 Western Blot: 0.3-1ug/ml ~48kD band observed in NCI-H460 lysate (calculated MW of 41.5kD according to NP_004424.2). In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing ELF3 a band of approx. 40kD is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
Synthetic peptide corresponding to C-SGWKEEEVLQSRN, from the C Terminus of human ELF3 (NP_004424.2).
Form
Supplied as a liquid in Tris saline, pH 7.2, 0.5% BSA, 0.02% sodium azide.
Purity
Purified by peptide affinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes human ELF3.

Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
