Rabbit Anti-ESRRG, ID (Estrogen-related Receptor, gamma, ERR-gamma-2, Estrogen Receptor-related Protein 3, Nuclear Receptor Subfamily 3 Group B Member 3, ERR3, ERRG2, KIAA0832, NR3B3)

ESRRG is an orphan receptor that acts as transcription activator in the absence of bound ligand. This protein binds specifically to an estrogen response element and activates reporter genes controlled by estrogen response elements.

Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
ELISA: 1:1,000 Western Blot: 1:50-1:100 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
Synthetic peptide selected from the Center region of human ESRRG (KLH).
Form
Supplied as a liquid in PBS, 0.09% sodium azide.
Purity
Purified by ammonium sulfate precipitation.
Specificity
Recognizes human ESRRG. Species Crossreactivity: mouse.
