Mouse Anti-ETV4 (ETS Translocation Variant 4, Polyomavirus Enhancer Activator 3 Homolog, Protein PEA3, Adenovirus E1A Enhancer-binding Protein, E1A-F, E1AF)
ETV4 is a transcriptional activator that binds to the enhancer of the adenovirus E1A gene; the core-binding sequence is 5'[AC]GGA[AT]GT-3'.
Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions
ELISA: 1:10,000 Western Blot: 1:100-1:500 Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 1:200 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
