Rabbit Anti-FKBP11, NT (FK506-binding Protein 11, Peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans Isomerase FKBP11, PPIase FKBP11, Rotamase, 19kD FK506-binding Protein, 19kD FKBP, FKBP-19, UNQ336/PRO535, FKBP19, FKBP-11)

FKBP11 belongs to the FKBP family of peptidyl-prolyl cis/trans isomerases, which catalyze the folding of proline-containing polypeptides. The peptidyl-prolyl isomerase activity of FKBP proteins is inhibited by the immunosuppressant compounds FK506 and rapamycin.

Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
ELISA: 1:1,000 Western Blot: 1:50-1:100 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
Synthetic peptide selected from the N-terminal region of human FKBP11 (KLH).
Form
Supplied as a liquid in PBS, 0.30% sodium azide.
Purity
Purified by ammonium sulfate precipitation.
Specificity
Recognizes human FKBP11. Species Crossreactivity: mouse.

Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
