Goat Anti-FOXD1 (Forkhead Box Protein D1, Forkhead-related Protein FKHL8, Forkhead-related Transcription Factor 4, FREAC-4, FKHL8, FREAC4)

Transcription factor required for formation of positional identity in the developing retina, regionalization of the optic chiasm and morphogenesis of the kidney. Can neuralize ectodermal cells directly.

Applications
Suitable for use in Peptide ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Peptide ELISA: 1:128,000 Immunohistochemistry: 3.75ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
Synthetic peptide corresponding to SSVENFTARISNC, from human FOXD1, at C-terminal (NP_004463.1). Species sequence homology: mouse and rat.
