Goat Anti-GABBR1, CT (Gamma-aminobutyric Acid Type B Receptor Subunit 1, GABA-B Receptor 1, GABA-B-R1, GABA-BR1, Gb1, GPRC3A)

The inhibitory neurotransmitter, GABA, acts through two ligand-gated channels, GABAA and GABAC receptors and GABAB, the latter of which acts through a G protein mechanism. GABABR1 is one of the two G-protein coupled receptors for GABAB that acts as a heteromeric assembly with GABABR2.

Applications
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 3.75-5ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
Synthetic peptide corresponding to C-terminus of human GABBR1 conjugated to KLH.
Form
Supplied as a liquid in Tris saline, pH 7.3, 0.5% BSA, 0.02% sodium azide.
Purity
Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes human GABBR1. Species sequence homology: Bovine, canine, mouse, rat.

Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
