Mouse Anti-Gbx2 (Gastrulation Brain Homeobox Family Transcription Factor, Homeobox protein GBX 2, Gastrulation and brain-specific homeobox protein 2)
Homeobox protein GBX-2 may act as a transcription facctor for pluripotency and differentiation in the embryo. It localises to the nucleus. The unprocessed precursor is 348 amino acids long and has an estimated molecular weight of ~37KD.
Applications
Suitable for use in Western Blot and direct ELISA. Other applications have not been tested.

Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile 40-50% glycerol, ddH2O. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. Aliquot and store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
