Goat Anti-Glucogon Receptor (GCGR, GGR)
Applications
Suitable for use in Peptide ELISA and Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Peptide ELISA: 1:32,000. Flow Cytometry: 10ug/ml using HeLa cells Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
Synthetic peptide corresponding to sequence C-HGPPSKELQFGR, from the internal region (near the C-Terminus) of human Glucogon receptor.
Form
Supplied as a liquid in Tris saline, pH 7.2, 0.5% BSA, 0.02% sodium azide.
Purity
Purified by ammonium sulfate precipitation followed by affinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes human Glucogon receptor.

Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
