Goat Anti-Glutathione-S-Transferase (Schistosoma|japonicum) (Texas Red)
Applications
Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.

596 nm
Emission Wavelength
620 nm
Fluorochrome/Protein Ratio
2.0 moles Texas Red per mole of Goat IgG
Storage and Stability
Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Immunogen
Glutathione-S-Transferase [Schistosoma japonicum]
Form
Supplied as a lyophilized powder in PBS, pH 7.2, 10mg/ml BSA, (IgG and Protease free), 0.01% Sodium Azide. Reconstitute with 1ml sterile ddH2O. Labeled with Texas Red
Purity
Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Specificity
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum, as well as purified and partially purified Glutathione-STransferase (Schistosoma japonicum). Cross reactivity against Glutathione-S-Transferase from other sources may occur but has not been specifically determined.

Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
