Rabbit Anti-GOLPH3, NT (Golgi Phosphoprotein 3, Coat Protein GPP34, FLJ90675, GPP34, GOPP1, Mitochondrial DNA Absence Factor, MIDAS)
Golgi Phosphoprotein 3 (Coat-protein)

The Golgi complex plays a key role in the sorting and modification of proteins exported from the endoplasmic reticulum. This protein is a peripheral membrane protein of the Golgi stack and may have a regulatory role in Golgi trafficking.

Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
ELISA: 1:1,000 Western Blot: 1:50-1:100 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
Synthetic peptide selected from the N-terminal region of human GOLPH3 (KLH).
Form
Supplied as a liquid in PBS, 0.09% sodium azide.
