Recommended Dilutions
Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 10ug/ml Heat induced antigen retrieval in citrate buffer, pH 6.0 is required Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
Synthetic peptide corresponding to a 20 amino acid peptide from the 3rd cytoplasmic domain of human GPR160. Species Sequence Homology: gorilla, gibbon; 100%, monkey; 95%, marmoset; 85% and rabbit; 80%.
