Rabbit Anti-GRO beta (Growth-regulated Protein beta, Gro-beta, GROb, Chemokine (C-X-C Motif) Ligand 2, CXCL2, C-X-C Motif Chemokine 2, CINC-2a, GRO2, Macrophage Inflammatory Protein 2-alpha, MIP2-alpha, MIP2A, MIP-2a, MIP2, MGSA-b, SCYB2) (MaxLight 550)
Hematopoietic Synergistic Factor, HSF, GRO-beta-T, SB-251353
MaxLight™550 is a new Yellow-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™546, 555, DyLight™549 , Cy3™, TRITC and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (550nm); Emission (575nm); Extinction Coefficient 150,000.
GRO-beta, otherwise known as CXCL2, is a 7.9kD CXC chemokine and one of three closely related, but distinct GRO gene products, which act as chemoattractants and activators of neutrophils and basophils.
Like GRO-alpha (CXCL1) and GRO-gamma (CXCL3), GRO-beta contains the ELR-motif (N-terminal Glu-Leu-Arg amino acid sequence) and signals through the CXCR1 and CXCR2 receptors, though studies have shown that GRO-beta has a lower potency and receptor binding affinity.
