Titer
Indirect ELISA vs. HCV polypeptide: >1:6000 Western Blot: >1:1000 vs. individual core, NS3, and NS4 antigens.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
Recombinant (E. coli) polypeptide containing core + NS3 + NS4 regions.
Form
Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2, 0.09% sodium azide. No stabilizing proteins have been added.

Purified IgG fraction >95%.

Recognizes Hepatitis C virus core and non-structural regions.
