Mouse Anti-HLA Class 1 Antigen A2

The epitope recognized by this antibody has been studied extensively and would appear to include the carboxy-terminus of the alpha-2 helix and a turn on one of the underlying beta strands.

Applications
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilutions
Flow Cytometry: 10ug/ml. Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells or 100ul whole blood. Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher.

Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
Papain solubilized HLA-A2.
Form
Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2, 0.09% sodium azide.
Purity
Purified by Protein A affinity chromatography from tissue culture supernatant.
Specificity
Recognizes the human HLA-A2 histocompatibility antigen. Inhibits MHC restricted cellular cytotoxicity.

Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
