Goat Anti-HRASLS2 (HRAS-like Suppressor 2)
The HRASLS2 gene belongs to the H-REV107 gene family, which is involved in the regulation of cell growth and differentiation. HRASLS2 is expressed at high levels in normal tissues of the small intestine, kidney and trachea.
Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
ELISA: 1:16,000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
Synthetic peptide corresponding to QELPYSLTSDNC, from HRASLS2, at the internal region of the protein (NP_060348.1).

Supplied as a liquid in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH 7.3, 0.5% BSA.
Purity
Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
